It starts with the way we think
Every decision you make today starts with how you think about yourself, your relationships, your self-esteem, your boundaries, and your choices.
What if I told you there’s a different way to show up—for yourself and those around you?
What if you could learn to say what you need and expect from others without overthinking?
Because people around you can’t predict what you need.
Let’s get real…
Do any of these scenarios hit home?
I say yes to things when I want to say no because I’m worried about hurting others’ feelings.
I overextend myself at work because I want people to rely on me.
I resent everyone around me because I’m always the one everyone can depend on—I’m the only one at home doing it all.
DO YOU EVER WISH YOU COULD…
Have a space to talk with a mental health professional in a judgment-free zone.
Set specific goals guided by a therapist who gets it because she keeps it real.
Zoom out of the situation and look again with a fresh perspective.
MEET YOUR COACH
Hey! I’m Gabrielle Swanson, LCSW
While Gabrielle carries an advanced standing master’s degree in social work, as well as a clinical license, she has been branching into the coaching world to help people:
Evaluate personal and professional boundaries—you can say no!
Establish new life rhythms to avoid burnout—perfection is overrated.
Take inventory of people-pleasing behaviors—yes, we’re going there.
Find practical ways to manage relationships—and feel good about it.
Create habits that make you feel empowered—right where you are.
Since building her TikTok community with 20k+ people worldwide, Gabrielle launched Talk with Gab™ to create a unique space to blend her favorite things: talking and helping people create boundaries that make sense for their health and well-being.

I'm glad you asked!
We'll have a quick 15-minute call where we chat in a super laid-back environment to process what’s happening in your life to bring you to the place of wanting to reach out for support, and what goals you have in mind that you want to work on.
I’ll ask questions such as:
What do you want to achieve with mental health coaching?
What do you expect from our sessions?
What's motivating you to care for your mental health and well-being?
-
At this time, Talk with Gab™ does not accept insurance.
1-hour coaching sessions have a cost of $200.
If you have specific questions about payment, please feel free to reach out.
-
Yes!
Talk with Gab™ is only telehealth, with no in-person appointments—meaning showing up in your pajamas with coffee in hand is welcomed and encouraged.
-
A warm collaborative environment! You can expect some laughs, probably some tears—all of that is welcome here, all of that is normal, whatever you're feeling, bring it all.
You can bring some notes of things to discuss, while also understanding it's my job to facilitate our discussion.
I will always be here to create the space for a collaborative conversation.
Not sure where to begin sharing? Be at ease because sometimes those are the most productive sessions.
-
First of all, I'm so glad you're here!
It's normal to have things you want to talk about that you don’t want to talk about with your sister or friend, spouse, family, or friends.
A coaching call is a dedicated space to get objective input from a licensed mental health professional who can help you reach your goals.
There is no judgment here. I’ll always come from an objective therapeutic standpoint while also building that rapport to collaboratively work on problems—while challenging you. I’m not an armchair coach, I want to validate your experience but come up with solutions to problems.
